By creating an account or using the Romax NOC/SOC platform ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.
Romax NOC/SOC lets you add network devices, servers, and security agents for monitoring, and view their status, health, and alerts through the portal.
You agree not to use the Service to monitor systems you do not own or have explicit permission to monitor, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure, or to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Service may be offered with a free trial period and a limit on the number of monitors, followed by paid plans. Current trial terms, monitor limits, and pricing are shown in the portal and may be updated from time to time; material changes will be communicated in advance where practical.
We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but monitoring depends on third-party systems, networks, and the devices themselves, which are outside our control. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis, without guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Romax Technologies Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, including damages resulting from a missed or delayed alert.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where continued access would create a security or operational risk to the platform or other clients. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
